  1. Processing Time - All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following receipt of payment and order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  2. Shipping Charges - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout, ensuring transparency in costs before you complete your purchase.

  3. Shipping Methods - We offer two convenient shipping methods to cater to your needs. Our Standard Shipping option typically delivers your order within 5 business days, making it ideal for customers who can plan ahead and wait a short period for their items. We process and dispatch all orders promptly to meet this timeline, though delivery may be affected by factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. For those requiring their products more urgently, we provide Expedited Shipping, which also promises delivery within 2 business days. This method is designed for customers who need faster service and wish to receive their orders as quickly as possible. While we strive to adhere to these estimated delivery times, please keep in mind that actual delivery may vary due to shipping carrier performance and unforeseen circumstances.   4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking - You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes - Soha Fashion is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs and taxes).

  6. Returns Policy - Soha Fashion is committed to providing a transparent returns policy for products purchased through its online store, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

    a) Eligibility for Returns- To qualify for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are required to communicate their intent to return the product on the same day of delivery. Please note that used products are ineligible for return.

    b) Refund Method- Refunds for returned items will be issued exclusively in the form of credit notes, which will remain valid for a period of three months from the date of issuance, after close inspection of the product.

    c) Return Request Process- To request a return, customers must email a photo of the product. The company will verify the claim, and if verified, a shipment for return will be requested. The cost of shipment will be borne by the customer.

    d) Cash on Delivery Charges- Customers will bear the responsibility for all Cash on Delivery (COD) charges incurred during the return process, including both the initial and return shipping fees.

    e) Product Inspection- To maintain transparency and safeguard against discrepancies, customers are required to record a video before opening returned products. This video will serve as documentation in the event of any issues.

  7. Shipping Policy - We strive to ship all orders promptly through the best available delivery options. However, during product listing and updates, delivery times may vary between 10-15 days. For ready-to-ship suits, delivery is within 5-7 days (for deliverable pin codes in India). Soha Fashion will not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company. For orders of two or more products, items may arrive at different times based on stock availability. International shipping is available, and customers will incur charges based on actual rates determined by weight, size, and dimensions. Customs duties and taxes must be managed and paid by the customer as per the prevailing laws of their country. Delivery times for international orders will range from 15-45 days.
  8. Tracking Your Order - Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email or through SMS/WhatsApp. Please note that tracking details are typically available on the courier service provider’s website 24 \business hours after the shipping label is created.
  9. Color Variation No Guarantee on Color: Soha Fashion does not guarantee any specific color or shade on fabrics.

    Cancellation Policy

    Soha Fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for products listed an incorrect price, due to stock delays, or for any other reason, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment received. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued as per our refunds policy, and the customer will be notified. Orders cannot be canceled by the customer once they have been placed.
